3rd qubit CNOT gate on 1st qubit further selectively modifies state vectors in each circuit.

CNOT or Conditional NOT is a two qubit operation with the 2nd qubit 'control' on 3rd qubit 'target' so that the target's state is negated if the control has state |1>.

Here, state vectors |001> and |011> are transformed to state vectors |101> and |111> and vice-versa, since the 3rd qubit is 1 i.e. |xx1>.

This is a swap of color between light blue |001> and light green |101>, and also between sand |011> and pink |111>. Since the probabilities of light blue and light green are the same in each circuit, and the probabilities of sand and pink are also equal in each circuit, there is no visible probability change relative to the previous tab 'T-Gate' state
